The staff is kind. The location is favorable, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The beds are fine. Fresh meals are served for breakfast.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and appeared to care about their jobs. The location--near a highway (240), hospital, and for us--the Shelby Farm/ Wolf River nature trails was very convenient. It is difficult to find the way in and the way out the first time. The hot breakfast was by and large tasty.

The toilet was strangely low and shallow--one practically sat in the toilet water. I think we may not return to this hotel because of the basic discomfort caused by this. The apparently cooked oatmeal (maybe it wasn't instant) was way too salty. If it was cooked on site, that should be easy to fix!

Kenneth your maintenance man was fantastic, he brought us a fridge and microwave, so friendly!!! David desk clerk was also great, knowledgeable. We were disappointed in the kitchen staff, she seemed to do as little as possible. We were there 4 nights and not one breakfast had fresh fruit which we have been served at all the other Hampton's. The menu hardly varied and the buscuits and potatoes appeared left over from another day. Also, no cookies! We've had freshly baked cookies at the other Hampton's. The first morning we had requests which Kenneth went above and beyond, he needs special recognition!

The women working the breakfast buffet were so nice. They greeted our grandchildren by name after the first morning of our 3 night stay.

We had a great time here with comfy rooms featuring a sofa bed and a fresh breakfast spread.

It was disappointing that there were no guest's laundry facilities.

No sheets for pullout. Had to ask twice to get them. Then I had to go down to get them. Mattress horrible. AC didn't work. Clerk was apologetic and sincerely concerned but no other rooms open so we had to stay in the room. Wasn't told wifi password when checking in, had to call down and ask. Not a pleasant experience.

The room was comfortable. The pool was lovely. The breakfast was enjoyable with many options. Location was very convenient. Facilities were a little dated, but not bad. Good value for the price.

Air conditioning unit is loud. Kept me up most of the first night.

The staffing were excellent and make you feel like home

We were very close to the facility I called for directions, the first person spoke with was kind and helpful. Check in staff was courteous knowing we were there for hospital appointments, they explained breakfast, where to park close to the elevators due to my mother-in-law using a walker. We'd definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay there whether medical, business or leisure.
